Hypnosis feels different for everyone. Most people feel very relaxed and at ease. Some feel sleepy or like they are floating, while others do not. You will be able to hear and respond to me during your session. You are ALWAYS in control. How you feel isn't an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like, it's working, I promise.

Hypnotherapy sessions generally last between 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on which session you choose. The 1.5 hour includes a 15 minute pre-talk and approx 1 hour 15 mins of powerful hypnotherapy. With the 3 hour session up to 30 minutes of pre-talk and 2.5 hours of potent hypnotherapy.

Everyone is different, some people have one session and some need more (usually no more than three). It depends on your circumstances and the issues you are experiencing.

My intention is to help and empower you to heal and transform quickly without months, and even years of therapy.

I offer a range of single sessions to packages which include 1.5 hours and 3 hour sessions.

Spiritual Life Coaching & Mentoring sessions can be booked a single session or as a package of 4 x 1 hour sessions.

You can also benefit from the privacy of your own safe space, allowing you to focus more on the therapeutic process. Additionally, online sessions provide the utmost privacy, so you can feel safe and secure while exploring your innermost thoughts and feelings.

Face to face sessions can be arranged, in certain circumstances, (travel costs will be an additional charge if over 5 miles away) at your home address if you are located in Torbay UK.

If we get disconnected during an online session, don't worry! If you're very relaxed, you might drift into sleep, but you'll eventually notice the silence and open your eyes. Zoom will try to reconnect us automatically. If that doesn't work, I'll call you on the mobile number you provided. While disconnections are rare, they can happen, but we'll get back on track quickly!
